WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need a Distribution Planner in CSC (Customer Service Center) who will be responsible for building and executing the DC (Distribution Center) operational plans that have been created to support company sales strategy. You will plan and coordinate product distribution activities from receiving to shipping to ensure customer's needs in timely manner.
WHAT WILL THE TALENT WORK ON?
*Plan and coordinate product distribution activities for each customer from receiving planning to shipping including internal operations
*Create and revise yearly, quarterly , monthly and daily operation plans
*Take, confirm and track orders in coordination with Marketplace Operations Team
*Coordinate with Inbound Team to arrange receiving for distributions
*Analyze and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner
*Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity
*Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer services
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will work with Marketplace Operations Team in Seoul office to take, confirm and track orders and coordinate with Inbound Team to arrange receiving for distributions. You will also analyze sales order profile, distribution plans, deliveries and so forth for better planning processes while defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
*Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields
*Minimum 1 year of related work experience in planning responsibilities at a multi-national company is preferred
*Strong analytical skills and capability to work with mathematical concepts
*Knowledge of SAP, Cognos and Manhattan & understanding of operational excellence principles, tools, and methodologies are preferred
*Skilled in using Microsoft Office and able to confidently learn new systems as required
*Self-motivated, great level of accuracy and organized skills
*Fluent English writing/speaking and communication skills
