Senior Manager, Program Delivery, Ecommerce

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Performance & Demand Planning - eCom

- Responsible for aligning, building and issuing complete RFP for future projects and Digital Partners implementations

- Support manage and monitor the actual spend to be within the planned budget, and adjust the budget reasonably and realistically

- Support to collect, archive and present the relevant information to relevant stakeholders to align and alleviate the project knowledge or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

2. Digital Analytics - .com & Digital Tools

- Track project milestones and key metrics, and provide status report for relevant stakeholders on the actual progress vs. plan

- Be responsible for the creation, storing and optimization of knowledge database across Korea eCom and relevant stakeholder to align the SOP across relevant members

- Support to collect, archive and present the relevant information to relevant stakeholders to align and alleviate the project knowledge or SOP

3. Digital Partners

- Support Korea Partner Program (eMarketplace) E2E implementations, both on Local Partner models and DPC alliance

- Support to drive critical tasks for Go-Live such as contract review, business alignment, process improvements, troubleshooting of issues and escalating to the necessary stakeholders for follow up and actions

- Support the developing and maintaining of a realistic schedule to deliver the project on-time.

4. Mobile App, CRM & DPC

- E2E Ownership of .com, App, Confirmed, Hype 2.0, OMNI, DPC & CS projects, rollouts, enhancements

- Ensure Change Management for all new processes from Project rollouts and deliveries. Work with all stakeholders and drive support for all changes. Instruct countries if any specific-market change management needed

- Track project milestones and key metrics, and provide status report for relevant stakeholders on the actual progress VS plan

5. Digital Growth Project Management

- Support the ongoing Korea eCom projects E2E to drive new business opportunities, improvement and efficiency

- POC for Enablers and Integrators during projects development till the Go-Live date

- Help define business cases, project scope, resources needed and availability, time and financial commitment, and the monitoring and reporting structure

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders/vendors from Global, APAC and other regions to ensure Digital Growth, Project Prioritization & Opportunities and Projects delivery

Key relationship:

- Internal stakeholders: eCommerce team, IT team, Finance and Legal team, SCM, APAC & Global eCom teams, Global DPC team, APAC IT team, Country teams - especially eCom

- External stakeholders: eCom service provider, Digital Partners, Enablers & Integrators

- Senior Leadership team of adidas Korea

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to write and prepare executive-level business correspondence.

- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge

- Strong understanding of multi-platform eCommerce

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Implementation driven personality who understands eCommerce

- Well-organized, Meticulous, high attention to details

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Expert knowledge of MS-Office applications

- Holistic thinker - can establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions

- Strong business acumen in driving eCom channel net sales, margin, profit and inventory.

- Advanced financial knowledge and skills, and the ability to leverage this for business planning and budgeting.

- Great relationship management

- Fluent in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree in business studies/project management qualification or equivalent

- At least 5 years of job experience in project management, strategic planning, risk management and/or change management, procurement

- Experience working in an international company, University degrees or bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in Business, IT, Marketing, or Communications.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an eCommerce/e-marketplace environment

- Business experience in the Sporting Goods, Apparel or Sport Lifestyle or Consumer Industry preferred

- Proficiency in project management software tools

- Excellent decision-making and negotiation skill

- Highly organized with ability to work collaboratively across functional groups with excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency

- Multi-task and able to tolerate stress

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Passion for youth marketing, fashion and sports.
